Your new website is built and functioning, but the work isn’t over. Updating the content on your site and /or your site blog is imprant to keep customers coming back to your site. All of our sites incorporate a content management system so that you can look after your own content updates should you choose to do so. We usually provide training in how to do this as part of our website design package.
You will need to have a regular maintenance program to ensure that your site is kept up to date, with critical software updates, and fresh content. File and database backups ensure your content is protected in the case of a server crash or malware attack.
You can do this yourself but it will require quite a bit of technical expertise
So how much will this cost?
Working Planet can provide an ongoing monthly maintenance schedule, or periodic maintenance at an hourly rate. Or we can provide training so that you can do your own maintenance. link to maintenance options
If you are maintaining your own site , we can not be responsible for any issues arising from lack of maintenance or accidental errors.
1. Basic maintenance $132/month (approx. 2 hours work)

Monthly backup of your entire site, sent to your email
Ensure Core WordPress/Woocommerce files are up to date
• Plugin updates
Make sure all added components are up-to-date
• Content management
That means updating the text on your site, uploading new images in an EXISTING gallery, adding products, etc. Any work that requires adding additional web site functionality will be quoted at the standard hourly rate $66 per hour.
